We have created this section which provides answers to some of the most commonly asked questions

Do we board dogs or do long stays?

We do not, we are a daycare centre only and provide care for your dogs between the hours 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Fridays. 

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes, We require all dogs attending daycare to have an up-to-date vaccination certificate.

Does my dog need to be insured?
We recommend that owners insure their dogs and check insurance covers day care attendance.

How old does my puppy need to be?
Puppies need to be 14 weeks and older to attend daycare.

Will my dog be fed at daycare?
Yes, if  they require to be fed at daycare this can be accommodated, we just ask you bring their food with them.

Can I visit before booking an assessment?

Yes, we ask if you can arrange this prior to attending.

Does my dog need to attend daycare every week?
While it is not mandatory for dogs to attend daycare weekly, we recommend bi-weekly participation to maintain their familiarity with the environment. If your dog hasn't attended for four months or more, a reassessment will be necessary.

Can we administer medication?

Yes! If your dog requires medication while at daycare, we need written consent from you with written instructions.
